If I’m meant to to listen to my heart and let my head figure it out later, then why is it such a long way from my head to my heart?

No, seriously.

We hear our calling in our heart; sometimes it feels like our gut.

But it’s the thoughts of resistance that keep us from pursuing our calling – whether it’s in a particular day or a life’s vocation. It’s the noise in our head that interferes with our heart’s truth.

Which is usually how we get into trouble along the pathway back to our heart from way up in our head.  The pathway is full of wolves and evil menacing trees and wrong directions.

If we simply start with what God has placed on our heart from the womb, and let our best expertise take orders from that beautiful place, we’ll find success beyond our dreams.

From Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…..

Truly.. our head works better when it starts with the right road map.   Simple (she says to herself).
